Yesterday I was standing on the carport when a deer came meandering toward me. It saw me and was a bit wary, but because I just stood so still, it wasn’t quite sure how to react. As I watched it, I noticed what enormous ears it had. I assume that deer have always had very large ears, but I had never really noticed their size before.
