I noticed this occurrence yesterday. It is usually difficult to get the sun and its reflection in the pond in the same photograph. I noticed it when I was upstairs and was able to capture it because I was elevated, viewing from the balcony. The orangish color is from all of the smoke in the air from forest fires.
My blog postings may be rather erratic over the next week, because my brothers and sisters will be visiting, and I will be out and about showing them the Robson Valley sights.
